Join our Enterprise Technology & Performance (ET&P) team as a Senior SAP PMO, focusing on SAP S/4HANA transformations. This role is crucial for driving functional excellence and innovation within our client projects. You will be instrumental in building strong client relationships and delivering exceptional results.

As a key player in our SAP practice, you'll contribute to leading-edge projects that impact enterprise-wide systems and growth strategies. This is an opportunity to leverage your expertise in SAP implementations and play a pivotal role in shaping our clients' digital futures.

Lead comprehensive SAP implementation and transformation projects from inception to successful go-live and stabilization. This involves defining project scope, setting clear objectives, establishing milestones, and managing governance structures.

Develop and meticulously manage project plans, schedules, and resource allocation, ensuring alignment with project goals. You will continuously track progress against key performance indicators (KPIs), budget, and quality standards.

Oversee SAP S/4HANA implementations, rollouts, and upgrades, driving business process transformation and adoption of SAP best practices. This includes coordinating various workstreams and ensuring solutions meet business requirements.

Act as the central point of contact for clients, business stakeholders, and implementation partners, managing relationships and facilitating communication. You will also lead steering committee meetings and project reviews, ensuring effective stakeholder engagement and managing expectations.

A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related technical field is required for this role. Strong experience in leading end-to-end SAP implementation projects is essential.

Proven ability to manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively, coupled with a deep understanding of project governance and risk management.

Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills are paramount, with experience in facilitating meetings and presenting to senior leadership.

Familiarity with SAP Activate or similar delivery frameworks, and experience with SAP S/4HANA transformations are highly desirable.
