Opportunity to lead the SAP PP workstream for a prominent organization in the Metals, Mining, and Industrial sector. This role involves driving SAP S/4HANA manufacturing solutions across implementation, rollout, transformation, and support projects.

You will engage directly with clients, understanding their complex manufacturing and production planning needs. The position requires designing and configuring robust SAP S/4HANA Production Planning solutions, leveraging the latest manufacturing capabilities and Fiori applications for optimized shop-floor execution.

This leadership role ensures seamless integration with other SAP modules and plays a crucial part in the entire project lifecycle, from design and testing to go-live and post-production stabilization. Collaboration with various technical and cross-functional teams is key to delivering end-to-end solutions.

Spearhead the SAP PP workstream across diverse project phases including implementation, rollouts, and transformations.

Conduct client workshops to gather and analyze end-to-end manufacturing and production planning requirements.

Design, configure, and implement SAP S/4HANA Production Planning solutions covering core functionalities like MRP, Demand Management, BOMs, Routings, and Production Orders.

Lead Fit-Gap analysis, configuration, testing, cutover, and post-production support activities.

Optimize production planning and shop-floor processes using SAP S/4HANA Manufacturing and Fiori applications.

Manage module integration, functional specifications for RICEFW objects, and coordinate with cross-functional teams.

Oversee unit testing, SIT, UAT, defect resolution, and master data migration.

Drive project planning, risk management, and stakeholder expectations throughout the project lifecycle.

Mentor junior consultants and promote SAP manufacturing best practices.

Requires 8-12 years of SAP PP consulting experience with proven hands-on configuration and solution design skills.

Demonstrated experience in SAP S/4HANA Production Planning and Manufacturing implementations is essential.

Expertise in core SAP PP functionalities such as MRP, Demand Management, BOMs, Routings, Work Centers, Production Orders, and Capacity Planning.

Experience leading at least two full-cycle SAP implementation, transformation, or rollout projects, preferably in S/4HANA.

Solid understanding of manufacturing planning, shop-floor execution, and supply chain operations.

Strong knowledge of PP integration with MM, QM, SD, CO, PM, EWM/WM, and other relevant SAP modules.

Proficiency in leading client workshops, requirement gathering, and Fit-Gap analysis.

Excellent project management, stakeholder management, and leadership capabilities to independently manage the PP workstream.

Experience in testing, cutover planning, data migration, and hypercare support.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and team management skills.

A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required. SAP S/4HANA Manufacturing or SAP PP certification is preferred.
