This role offers a leadership opportunity to manage and optimize SAP PP (Production Planning) and QM (Quality Management) processes within a dynamic enterprise technology environment. The position focuses on driving functional excellence, enabling innovation, and contributing to long-term growth.

We are seeking an experienced professional to spearhead SAP PPQM strategies, ensuring seamless integration and continuous improvement across manufacturing and quality operations. This is a key role for someone with a strong background in SAP and a proven ability to lead teams and projects.

Lead and manage SAP PP processes, including Material Requirements Planning (MRP), Demand Management, Production Orders, Capacity Planning, Shop Floor Control, and Production Scheduling. Oversee master data management for BOMs and Routings. Drive process optimization and automation within manufacturing operations.

Manage SAP QM processes covering Quality Planning, Inspections, Notifications, and Audit Management. Define and maintain quality master data, ensuring compliance with industry standards. Drive continuous improvement using quality data and analytics.

Lead SAP implementation, rollout, and enhancement projects. Collaborate with stakeholders, manage external consultants, and prepare functional specifications. Conduct system testing, UAT, and deployment, while providing end-user training and support. Establish governance and best practices for SAP PP/QM.

A minimum of 8-15 years of SAP experience is essential, with deep expertise in both SAP PP and QM modules. Candidates must possess 3-5 years of team leadership or managerial experience and a track record of at least two full-cycle SAP implementation projects. A strong understanding of manufacturing and quality management processes is required.

Technical proficiency should include SAP PP functionalities such as MRP, Production Orders, and Capacity Planning, as well as SAP QM processes like Quality Inspections and Notifications. Integration knowledge with MM, SD, PM, EWM/WM, and FI/CO is crucial. Experience with SAP S/4HANA implementations is highly preferred.

Key competencies include exceptional leadership, stakeholder management, analytical and problem-solving skills, project management, and strong communication abilities. A graduate degree in Science or Engineering (B.Sc, B.E/B.Tech) or an MBA is required. Familiarity with reporting tools and SAP Fiori/S/4HANA is advantageous.
