As a key member of our organization, you will leverage your extensive SAP expertise to enhance manufacturing and quality operations. This role demands a strategic leader capable of managing complex projects, fostering collaboration, and ensuring the seamless integration of SAP modules to achieve business objectives.

Lead and optimize SAP PP processes, including Material Requirements Planning (MRP), Demand Management, Production Orders, and Production Scheduling. Drive process automation and configure PP functionalities to meet business needs. Ensure robust integration with SAP MM, SD, WM/EWM, PM, and FI/CO modules. Manage SAP QM processes, covering Quality Planning, various inspections, and Audit Management. Define quality master data and support compliance with industry standards. Lead SAP implementation, rollout, and enhancement projects, collaborating with stakeholders and managing development teams.

We are seeking a seasoned professional with 8-15 years of SAP experience, demonstrating strong expertise in both SAP PP and QM modules. A minimum of 3-5 years in team leadership or managerial roles is essential. Proven experience in at least two full-cycle SAP implementation projects is required, alongside a solid understanding of manufacturing and quality management processes. Experience with SAP S/4HANA implementations is highly preferred. A graduate degree in Science or Engineering (B.Sc, B.E/B.Tech) or an MBA is necessary.
