Join our Enterprise Technology team as a Manager specializing in SAP PP to drive functional excellence and innovation. This role is crucial for transforming enterprise technology into an engine for long-term growth and efficiency.

This position offers a dynamic opportunity to leverage your expertise in SAP PP and contribute to large-scale S/4HANA transformation projects. You will be instrumental in designing and configuring complex SAP modules to meet the evolving needs of our clients, particularly within the manufacturing and process industries.

We are seeking a hands-on professional with a proven track record of end-to-end S/4 HANA project implementations. Your ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and guide clients through various project phases will be key to success.

Conduct comprehensive business process analysis, gather detailed requirements, and perform gap analysis. Design and configure SAP PP & QM modules, including MRP, Work Centre, Routing, Production/Process Orders, Demand Management, and Capacity Planning. Set up production versions and Master Production Scheduling (MPS) aligned with specific plant capacities. Configure batch management, batch determination, and back-flush processes for both discrete and process-oriented production environments. Collaborate with CO, MM, SD, WM, and PM teams to ensure seamless system integration. Provide critical support during User Acceptance Testing (UAT), cutover, go-live, and hyper care phases. Prepare functional specifications for custom developments and work closely with the ABAP team for successful implementation. Troubleshoot and resolve production issues efficiently within established Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

A minimum of 9-14 years of comprehensive SAP functional experience is required, with a focus on SAP PP. Possess hands-on experience as a SAP PP Subject Matter Expert (SME) on large-scale SAP S/4HANA transformation projects, ideally within manufacturing or the process industry. Demonstrate at least 4 end-to-end S/4 HANA project implementation experiences in SAP PPQM, excluding support projects. A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field is necessary; an MBA or relevant master’s degree is preferred. Familiarity with Fiori apps for Manufacturing and experience working with both Indian and global clients is beneficial. Strong independent development capabilities for high-quality deliverables are expected, along with excellent written and verbal communication skills. Willingness to travel for short and long-term durations is a must.
