Join our dynamic team as a Manager specializing in SAP PP and S/4HANA Manufacturing solutions. This role is pivotal in leading transformative SAP implementations and driving operational excellence within manufacturing environments. You will leverage extensive SAP PP expertise to optimize production planning, enhance efficiency, and ensure seamless integration across enterprise systems.

Spearhead SAP S/4HANA Production Planning (PP) initiatives, including implementations, upgrades, and support. Drive manufacturing transformation through process optimization, automation, and SAP best practices. Conduct workshops, design solutions, and discuss manufacturing strategies with stakeholders. Configure and support end-to-end PP processes like Demand Management, MRP, Capacity Planning, and Production Orders. Lead master data governance for materials, BOMs, and routings. Collaborate with business and IT teams to align manufacturing goals. Manage data migration, testing, and hypercare support. Prepare functional specifications and provide project governance.

We are seeking a seasoned professional with over 10 years of SAP PP consulting experience, including significant exposure to SAP S/4HANA Manufacturing. Proven success in at least two end-to-end SAP S/4HANA implementations is essential. Strong expertise in core PP functionalities, master data, discrete, and process manufacturing is required. Familiarity with manufacturing transformation programs, process optimization, and integration with other SAP modules (MM, QM, EWM, SD, PM, MES) is crucial. Experience with SAP Fiori and Agile methodologies is beneficial. Excellent consulting, leadership, and problem-solving skills are expected.
