Join Deloitte as a Manager in SAP PM and drive impactful solutions. This role is central to leading the implementation, configuration, and ongoing support of SAP Plant Maintenance (PM) systems. You will translate intricate business needs into precise functional specifications and architect optimized maintenance processes, covering preventive, predictive, corrective, and breakdown scenarios. Mastery over SAP PM master data, including equipment, functional locations, task lists, and maintenance plans, is crucial. Your expertise will ensure SAP PM solutions are perfectly aligned with overarching business goals and industry-leading practices.

Your responsibilities will encompass managing full project lifecycles for SAP PM, from initial implementation and rollouts to upgrades and enhancements. This includes meticulous development of project plans, timelines, and budgets, alongside precise resource allocation. Effective coordination with business users, technical teams, vendors, and external consultants is key. You will proactively monitor project risks, issues, and dependencies to guarantee successful project delivery and lead workshops, requirement gathering sessions, and solution reviews.

Collaboration is vital as you partner with maintenance, operations, engineering, supply chain, and finance departments. You will also mentor and manage SAP PM consultants and support staff, providing essential guidance and training to business users. A significant aspect involves ensuring seamless integration between SAP PM and complementary modules like MM, QM, PS, FI/CO, and EAM. Driving continuous improvement initiatives to boost asset reliability and maintenance efficiency is paramount. Support for SAP Fiori, mobile solutions, and digital maintenance strategies is also expected, along with participation in SAP S/4HANA transformation programs.

We are seeking an experienced professional with a minimum of 8 years in SAP PM. A Graduate degree in Science or Engineering is required, such as a B.Sc (I.T.), B.Sc (Computer Science), B.E/B.Tech, or an MBA. Your role involves overseeing incident, problem, and change management processes, ensuring adherence to organizational standards, governance, and audit requirements. This includes managing system enhancements, rigorous testing phases, user acceptance testing (UAT), and successful production deployments. Establishing key performance indicators (KPIs) and robust reporting mechanisms to track maintenance performance is also a core function of this role.
