This role is for a Manager specializing in SAP PI/PO integration within the DSA Consumer & TMT sector at Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu India LLP in Bengaluru. The position is part of the Enterprise Technology & Performance (ET&P) team, which focuses on driving functional excellence, innovation, and long-term growth through technology solutions.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, configuring, and maintaining SAP PI/PO integration scenarios, ensuring seamless data flow between various systems. This includes working with synchronous and asynchronous interfaces and employing a wide range of integration technologies.

Key responsibilities include developing and supporting interfaces using synchronous and asynchronous communication methods, and working with technologies such as SOAP, REST, IDoc, RFC, JDBC, SFTP/FTP, and proxies. The role involves configuring Enterprise Services Repository (ESR) and Integration Directory objects, alongside developing message mappings, operation mappings, graphical mappings, and UDFs. Additionally, the manager will configure communication channels, ICOs, and integration scenarios, monitor message processing, and troubleshoot interface failures. Production support, incident resolution, root-cause analysis, and performance optimization are also crucial aspects of this position, requiring close collaboration with functional teams and technical stakeholders to understand integration requirements and support end-to-end testing, deployment, and documentation, including SAP S/4HANA and cloud integration.

We are seeking a candidate with strong hands-on experience in SAP PI/PO development and configuration, coupled with a solid understanding of SAP NetWeaver PI/PO architecture. Essential expertise includes working with ESR, Integration Directory, and Integrated Configuration Objects (ICOs), as well as proficiency in message mapping, interface determination, and receiver determination. Experience with IDoc, RFC, SOAP, REST, JDBC, and file-based adapters is required, alongside excellent troubleshooting and debugging skills. While not strictly mandatory, knowledge of XML, XSD, WSDL, and basic Java is preferred. A foundational understanding of SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA integration scenarios is also beneficial for this role.
