We are looking for a seasoned SAP Profitability and Performance Management (PaPM) Consultant to lead the design, implementation, and enhancement of PaPM solutions. Your work will directly contribute to modeling profitability, performance, and cost allocations, providing clients with actionable, value-driven analytics.

Spearhead the development, configuration, testing, and enhancement of SAP PaPM solutions to meet business requirements and financial goals.

Design and implement sophisticated cost, revenue, and driver-based allocation models. Troubleshoot issues, propose innovative solutions, and ensure seamless integration with SAP S/4HANA, BW/4HANA, SAC, BPC, FICO, PCM, BO, and other relevant systems.

Lead end-to-end project phases including blueprinting, design, UAT, training, and go-live. Effectively manage global stakeholders, ensuring timely project delivery and fostering knowledge transfer by mentoring junior team members.

A minimum of 7 years in consulting or IT is required, with at least 3-4 years dedicated to hands-on SAP PaPM experience. A strong understanding of profitability analysis, cost allocations, transfer pricing, and performance modeling is essential.

Proven implementation experience in SAP PaPM, complemented by exposure to SAP BW/4HANA, SAP HANA, SAP BPC, or SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC). Solid technical skills including SQL scripting, SAP HANA modeling, and ABAP are necessary. Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills are vital for success in this role.
