Join our Enterprise Technology & Performance team as a Manager, driving global SAP S/4HANA Retail transformations. This role focuses on Materials Management (MM), Inventory Management, and Purchase-to-Pay (P2P) processes, essential for functional excellence and innovation.

We are seeking a strategic leader to shape the future of SAP Retail, influencing digital transformation and ensuring seamless integration across various business functions. Your expertise will be critical in delivering large-scale SAP projects and optimizing retail operations globally.

Spearhead the global roadmap and digital transformation for SAP S/4HANA Retail, concentrating on MM, Inventory Management, and P2P.

Lead end-to-end global implementations, rollouts, and optimizations for brick-and-mortar stores, distribution centers, and omnichannel platforms.

Standardize retail supply chain processes, including master data, merchandise management, inventory visibility, and replenishment.

Ensure seamless integration of MM with Sales & Distribution, Warehouse Management, Finance, and customer-facing systems.

Champion innovation in AI-driven automation, predictive replenishment, and cloud solutions.

Manage system integrator and software vendor partnerships, aligning technology with business objectives.

Mentor senior leaders and foster a high-performance Center of Excellence.

A minimum of 10 years in IT, with over 8 years dedicated to SAP MM and IS-Retail/S/4HANA Retail.

A proven track record of leading 4-5 global, end-to-end SAP greenfield implementations or multi-country rollouts as a Solution Architect or Delivery Director.

Deep domain knowledge in retail/fashion supply chain operations, inventory, vendor, and store management is essential.

Strong technical understanding of SAP S/4HANA architecture, CAR, IDOC/BAPI integrations, and AI frameworks.

Exceptional executive communication, negotiation, crisis management, and cross-cultural leadership skills are required.

Graduate degree in Science or Engineering (B.Sc, B.E/B.Tech) or an MBA is necessary.
