Lead SAP Materials Management (MM) operations, driving enhancements and ensuring seamless integration across procurement, inventory, and supply chain functions. This role involves spearheading SAP MM projects, fostering process improvements, and managing a dedicated team of SAP consultants.

Spearhead SAP MM solution design, implementation, and ongoing support. Configure and manage core MM functionalities including procurement, purchasing, inventory, vendor relations, material master data, and invoice verification.

Manage full project lifecycles for SAP MM implementations, rollouts, upgrades, and enhancements. Collaborate with business stakeholders, SAP teams, and external partners to ensure timely and budget-compliant delivery. Develop functional specifications and oversee SIT, UAT, and cutover activities.

Serve as the key liaison between business units and IT. Conduct requirements gathering workshops and offer strategic advice for process optimization. Lead and mentor SAP MM consultants, overseeing resource allocation, activity monitoring, and performance development.

Ensure robust integration with SAP modules like S/4HANA, SD, PP, FI/CO, WM/EWM, and Ariba. Manage incident resolution, production support, and uphold IT governance, audit, and security standards. Maintain comprehensive SAP documentation and knowledge repositories.

Hold a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Supply Chain Management, or a related discipline; an MBA is highly desirable. Possess 8-12 years of dedicated SAP MM experience, with a minimum of 3-5 years in a leadership or managerial capacity.

Demonstrate hands-on expertise with SAP S/4HANA implementations and support projects. Prior experience in manufacturing, automotive, retail, FMCG, or pharma industries is advantageous. Proficiency in SAP MM configuration, procurement, inventory management, material master data, and integration with other SAP modules is essential.

Key technical skills include SAP S/4HANA, and ideally SAP Fiori and SAP Ariba. Essential soft skills encompass strong leadership, people management, excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, problem-solving, analytical thinking, and project management capabilities. The ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting is crucial.
