Join our Enterprise Technology & Performance team as a Manager specializing in SAP Master Data Management (MDM). This role is pivotal in driving functional excellence and enabling innovation. You will collaborate with teams and clients, aiming to surpass expectations through your expertise in SAP solutions.

This position requires a strong background in SAP MDM and Informatica PowerCenter ETL to enhance enterprise data management, data migration, governance, and integration strategies. The ideal candidate will possess deep knowledge of SAP Master Data processes, Informatica PowerCenter ETL development, and ensuring data quality and seamless integration between SAP and non-SAP systems.

Key responsibilities include designing, configuring, and supporting SAP Master Data Management solutions for customer, vendor, material, finance, business partner, cost center, and profit center data. You will lead master data harmonization, cleansing, and enrichment initiatives, and define/implement data governance policies. For Informatica PowerCenter ETL, you will design, develop, test, and support ETL processes, including creating mappings, workflows, sessions, and transformations for data migration, warehousing, integration, synchronization, and conversion projects. You will also optimize ETL jobs for performance, troubleshoot failures, and lead SAP and non-SAP data migration activities, ensuring data extraction, cleansing, transformation, validation, and loading. Developing interfaces between various SAP and non-SAP systems and supporting migration projects during implementations and upgrades are also crucial. You will implement data quality controls, perform duplicate checks, standardization, profiling, audits, and reconciliation, ensuring compliance with enterprise data governance policies.

We are looking for an experienced SAP MDM & Informatica PowerCenter ETL Consultant. A graduate degree in Science or Engineering is required. Key skills encompass SAP Master Data Management (MDM), SAP Master Data Governance (MDG), Material Master, Customer Master, Vendor Master, Business Partner Management, Data Governance Frameworks, and Data Quality Management. You will also gather and analyze business requirements, conduct data assessments, prepare functional and technical specifications, develop mapping documents, support SIT, UAT, and production deployment, provide production support, and create technical documentation and user guides.
