Define and champion the SAP MDG strategy, roadmap, and priorities. Lead implementations, enhancements, and support for SAP MDG solutions across core master data domains. Establish and enforce master data processes, policies, standards, workflows, and controls. Collaborate with business stakeholders to align data requirements with business goals and compliance needs. Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and robust governance across the enterprise master data environment. Drive the adoption of standardized processes and best practices for master data lifecycle management. Manage the entire lifecycle of master data initiatives, from demand intake and planning to deployment and ongoing support. Coordinate with various teams, including functional, data, integration, analytics, and technology, for seamless data governance alignment. Oversee operational support, incident resolution, performance monitoring, and continuous improvement efforts. Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs), data quality metrics, and service performance.

A minimum of 8-12 years of experience in SAP master data, data governance, enterprise applications, or business process management is required. Demonstrate at least 5 years of hands-on experience with SAP MDG solution ownership, implementation, or leadership. Proven track record in delivering successful enterprise master data governance initiatives and transformation programs. Experience managing global stakeholders, diverse cross-functional teams, and operational support functions is essential. Familiarity with multiple master data domains, including Business Partner, Customer, Vendor, Material, Finance, or Product master data, is expected. Possession of a Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, Engineering, Data Management, or a related field is necessary.
