This leadership role is central to defining and executing the SAP MDG strategy, driving innovation, and ensuring functional excellence. You will be instrumental in enhancing and supporting SAP MDG solutions across critical master data domains, making a significant impact on data integrity and business alignment.

Lead the development and implementation of the SAP MDG roadmap and priorities. Oversee the enhancement and support of SAP MDG solutions for key master data domains. Establish robust master data processes, policies, and standards, including workflows and controls. Collaborate with business stakeholders to ensure master data aligns with business objectives and compliance requirements. Drive data quality, consistency, and accuracy across the enterprise.

Standardize processes and promote best practices for master data creation, maintenance, and stewardship. Manage the demand intake, prioritization, and release planning cycle. Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including data, integration, and technology, for seamless data governance. Supervise operational support, incident resolution, and continuous improvement initiatives. Define and track KPIs, data quality metrics, and service performance indicators.

Facilitate governance forums and stakeholder discussions to support decision-making and process enhancements. Manage relationships with vendors and implementation partners. A minimum of 8-12 years of experience is required in SAP master data, data governance, enterprise applications, or business process management. This includes at least 5 years specifically focused on SAP MDG solution ownership, implementation, or capability leadership. Proven success in delivering enterprise master data governance initiatives and transformation programs is essential. Experience managing global stakeholders, cross-functional teams, and operational support environments is necessary.

Familiarity with multiple master data domains, such as Business Partner, Customer, Vendor, Material, Finance, or Product master data, is expected. A Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, Engineering, Data Management, or a related field is required. SAP MDG, SAP S/4HANA, or Data Governance certifications are highly preferred.
