As a Manager specializing in SAP MDG, you will be instrumental in shaping and executing the enterprise's SAP Master Data Governance strategy. This role involves leading the implementation and ongoing enhancement of SAP MDG solutions, ensuring robust master data processes, and maintaining data integrity across the organization. You will collaborate closely with stakeholders to align data requirements with business objectives and regulatory compliance.

Your expertise will be crucial in driving data quality, consistency, and accuracy, establishing standardized master data workflows, and overseeing the entire lifecycle from demand intake to post-go-live support. Define and own the SAP MDG strategy, roadmap, and capability priorities. Lead the implementation, enhancement, and support of SAP MDG solutions across key master data domains. Establish and govern master data processes, policies, standards, workflows, and controls. Partner with business stakeholders to align master data requirements with business objectives and regulatory needs. Ensure data quality, consistency, accuracy, and governance across enterprise master data landscapes. Drive process standardization and adoption of best practices for master data creation, maintenance, approval, and stewardship. Manage demand intake, prioritization, release planning, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support activities. Coordinate with cross-functional teams for end-to-end data governance alignment. Oversee operational support, incident resolution, and continuous improvement initiatives. Define and monitor KPIs, data quality metrics, and compliance measures.

A Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, Engineering, Data Management, or a related field is required.

This role demands 8–12+ years of experience in SAP master data, data governance, enterprise applications, or business process management, with at least 5 years specifically in SAP MDG solution ownership or implementation.

Proven experience delivering enterprise master data governance initiatives and transformation programs is essential.

Candidates should demonstrate experience managing global stakeholders, cross-functional teams, and operational support environments. Familiarity with multiple master data domains such as Business Partner, Customer, Vendor, Material, Finance, or Product master data is highly desirable.

SAP MDG, SAP S/4HANA, or Data Governance certifications are preferred.
