Join our Enterprise Technology & Performance practice as a Manager specializing in SAP S/4HANA Finance and Joint Venture Accounting (JVA). You'll leverage your expertise to deliver innovative SAP solutions, driving operational efficiency and sustainable growth for leading organizations in the Oil, Gas, and Utilities sectors.

Configure S/4HANA Finance and JVA modules, ensuring adherence to best practices and build standards. Analyze and translate business requirements into technical specifications for complex solutions. Integrate S/4HANA configurations with other modules and support cross-functional area alignment. Undertake unit testing and support integration testing, driving the resolution of defects during test cycles and hypercare. Perform root cause analysis for incidents and escalate findings to minimize reoccurrences. Ensure IT solutions are robust, supportable, and scalable, maintaining updated IT documentation. Propose functional improvements and ensure all changes are thoroughly documented, complying with IT standards.

A minimum of 8 years' experience in S/4HANA Finance module configuration and associated business processes, with essential knowledge in Joint Venture Accounting. Proven experience in 1-2 full S/4HANA implementations, with strong capabilities in resolving complex change requests and enhancements. Solid understanding of Finance Close, Consolidation, and Group Reporting activities is crucial; primarily support-focused experience will not be considered. Familiarity with S/4HANA system implementation methodologies and experience in global implementation/support of S/4HANA JVA solutions is advantageous. Excellent problem analysis, verbal, and written English communication skills are required, along with the ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently.
