Your responsibilities include crafting comprehensive system documentation, test scripts, and presentations. You will provide end-to-end support for SAP MM S/4 HANA, addressing issues and assisting users. Collaboration with cross-functional teams is essential for resolving integration challenges and maintaining system integrity. This role involves supporting testing activities, creating Business Process Documents (BPDs), writing Functional Specifications (FS), and developing user training materials. You will also assist with SAP MM Retail projects, including rollouts and new functionality implementations, and configure SAP MM and Retail systems to align with business needs.

We are seeking individuals with strong hands-on experience in SAP IS Retail implementations, rollouts, or support, coupled with a solid understanding of end-to-end retail business processes. Key knowledge areas include article master, merchandise categories, sites, assortments, listing, retail pricing, promotions, markdowns, price management, inventory management, procurement, replenishment, and merchandise distribution. Familiarity with SAP MM and SD integration with retail processes, as well as POS integration and retail sales processing, is important. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills are a must. A B.Tech degree is required for this role.
