This role seeks an experienced SAP Advanced Planning Solutions (APS) Manager to spearhead supply chain planning transformations and SAP implementations. Focus areas include SAP Integrated Business Planning (IBP), SAP S/4HANA Production Planning & Detailed Scheduling (PP/DS), and Advanced Available-to-Promise (aATP). The ideal candidate will blend robust supply chain process knowledge with hands-on APS expertise, capable of leading full-cycle solution delivery and client engagements.

The position involves translating intricate supply chain needs into scalable SAP solutions, ensuring seamless integration across the SAP ecosystem, and contributing to practice development and pre-sales activities.

Lead SAP APS implementation phases, from discovery and design through to deployment and stabilization. Facilitate critical workshops with client stakeholders to define business requirements and solution architecture. Analyze planning challenges and system capabilities to formulate effective SAP solutions. Oversee and validate solution design, configuration, functional specifications, and testing strategies to ensure high quality, performance, and data integrity.

Provide deep functional expertise in SAP IBP, S/4HANA PP/DS, or S/4HANA aATP. Understand and apply end-to-end supply chain planning processes, including demand forecasting, S&OP, inventory management, and production scheduling. Design integrated planning solutions across SAP and relevant non-SAP systems, collaborating closely with architecture and technical teams.

Manage project workstreams, timelines, resources, risks, and issues. Build strong relationships with client stakeholders across various departments. Communicate solution decisions and project progress effectively to leadership. Lead and mentor team members, fostering collaboration and driving capability development within the practice. Support business development efforts, including proposal creation and client presentations.

A minimum of 9 to 12 years of experience in SAP, supply chain management, or consulting is required. Strong practical experience in at least one of SAP IBP, SAP S/4HANA PP/DS, or SAP S/4HANA aATP is essential.

Demonstrated knowledge of supply chain planning processes and proven ability in solution design and configuration across the full SAP implementation lifecycle. Experience leading at least one end-to-end implementation in a primary APS solution, ideally in a client-facing role.

Proficiency in translating complex business requirements into functional and solution designs. Understanding of integration with SAP S/4HANA/ECC and other enterprise applications. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills are crucial. The ability to independently lead client discussions and solution workshops is expected.
