We are seeking an experienced SAP Advanced Planning Solutions (APS) Manager to guide initiatives in SAP Integrated Business Planning (IBP), SAP S/4HANA Production Planning & Detailed Scheduling (PP/DS), and Advanced Available-to-Promise (aATP).

The ideal candidate possesses robust supply chain process knowledge, hands-on APS expertise, and the capability to manage end-to-end solution delivery and client engagements.

Lead SAP APS implementation workstreams through all phases, from discovery and requirements gathering to deployment and stabilization. Facilitate design workshops with stakeholders, translating complex supply chain needs into scalable SAP solutions.

Own and review solution designs, configurations, functional specifications, and test scenarios, ensuring high quality, performance, and data integrity. Drive integration across the SAP landscape and manage workstream delivery.

Provide deep functional expertise in SAP IBP, S/4HANA PP/DS, or S/4HANA aATP. Collaborate with architecture, data, and technical teams to define integrated planning solutions and support issue resolution.

A minimum of 9-12 years of relevant experience in SAP, supply chain, or consulting is required. Demonstrable hands-on expertise in at least one core APS solution (SAP IBP, PP/DS, or aATP) is essential.

Solid understanding of end-to-end supply chain planning processes and leading practices is crucial. Experience across the full SAP implementation lifecycle, including at least one end-to-end implementation in your primary APS solution, is expected.

Proven ability to lead functional workstreams, manage project teams, and translate complex business requirements into effective SAP designs. Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills are vital for leading client discussions and workshops.
