We seek an accomplished SAP HCM Consultant with robust expertise in SAP Master Data Governance and S/4HANA implementations. The ideal candidate will bring extensive experience in S/4 Green Field and Brownfield implementations, complemented by prior work in ECC.

Lead and execute SAP HCM implementations, focusing on Master Data Governance and S/4HANA.

Manage projects involving S/4 Green Field and Brownfield implementations, alongside existing ECC environments.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including ABAP, Finance, Basis, and Security, to ensure seamless integration and project success.

Oversee documentation, including Functional Specifications (FS) and Technical Specifications (TS), and ensure adherence to best practices.

A Bachelor's degree in Engineering (B.Tech/BE) is required.

Possess 2-3 years of hands-on experience with S/4HANA Green Field and Brownfield implementations, with additional experience in ECC.

Demonstrated knowledge of SAP HR modules, including Time Management and Time Writing, and understanding of the full hire-to-retire lifecycle and contract workforce management.

Familiarity with CATS time writing, SAP Transport functionality, Scrum/Sprint operations, Azure DevOps (ADO), and Blueworks business process definition is essential.

Experience with integration tools like CPI and BTP, along with knowledge of FIORI applications, Posting to PS/CO, and IDOC processing, is highly valued. Proficiency in testing tools such as Qtest and ALM, and prior experience with documentation (FS/TS) and collaboration with ABAP, Finance, Basis, and Security teams are expected.
