Lead SAP FICO workstreams across various project phases, including implementation, rollout, transformation, and support. Manage entire project lifecycles, focusing on planning, resource allocation, risk mitigation, and stakeholder communication. Design and implement scalable SAP Finance solutions by collaborating closely with business stakeholders. Drive finance process optimization, focusing on efficiency in financial closing, reporting, and compliance. Oversee functional specifications, solution designs, and quality assurance of project deliverables. Facilitate integration across SAP modules like MM, SD, PP, and PS to achieve comprehensive business solutions. Spearhead SAP S/4HANA Finance transformations and cloud-based initiatives. Manage project escalations and ensure high team performance and capability building.

A minimum of 9-12 years of SAP FICO consulting experience, with a strong foundation in Financial Accounting and Controlling. Demonstrated leadership experience, managing SAP teams or large-scale project deliveries for at least 3 years. In-depth knowledge of core SAP FICO modules, including GL, AP, AR, AA, PCA, CCA, Product Costing, CO-PA, and Tax. Proven track record of leading multiple end-to-end SAP project implementations and transformations. Solid understanding of finance, accounting, and compliance processes, with hands-on experience in financial reconciliations and reporting. Expertise in integrating SAP FICO with other modules such as MM, SD, and Treasury. Excellent stakeholder management, solution governance, and executive-level communication skills. Proficiency in project management methodologies, including estimation, planning, and risk management. Experience with SAP S/4HANA Finance functionalities, Universal Journal, and Central Finance is essential. Familiarity with SAP Analytics Cloud, BTP, or RISE with SAP is highly advantageous. Exceptional leadership, communication, and people management abilities are required. Experience with global teams and multi-country rollouts is a significant plus.
