Join a leading enterprise technology team to drive finance transformation initiatives. This role focuses on leading SAP FICO workstreams for implementations, rollouts, and enhancements, ensuring successful delivery of finance objectives. You will collaborate with stakeholders to define future-state processes and design scalable SAP Finance solutions.

Key responsibilities include leading solution architecture, functional design, and configuration across core SAP FI and CO modules. You'll also drive optimization for financial closing, reporting, and compliance. This position offers the opportunity to work on SAP S/4HANA Finance transformations and cloud engagements.

Lead SAP FICO workstreams for implementations, rollouts, and support projects, ensuring finance transformation goals are met.

Manage end-to-end project delivery, including planning, resource allocation, risk management, and stakeholder communication.

Design and configure SAP Finance solutions across FI/CO modules, covering areas like GL, AP, AR, AA, CCA, PCA, CO-PA, and Taxation.

Drive improvements in financial closing processes, reporting, and compliance.

Oversee solution design, testing, and delivery assurance.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams (MM, SD, PP, etc.) for integrated solutions.

Lead SAP S/4HANA Finance transformations and cloud initiatives, including data migration and hypercare.

Mentor SAP FICO consultants and support pre-sales activities.

Requires 9-12 years of SAP FICO consulting experience with deep expertise in Financial Accounting and Controlling.

Minimum 3 years of leadership experience managing SAP teams or large-scale projects.

Strong functional knowledge in GL, AP, AR, AA, CCA, PCA, CO-PA, Taxation, and Financial Closing processes.

Proven experience leading multiple end-to-end SAP implementations or transformations.

Solid understanding of finance, accounting, and compliance.

Experience with SAP S/4HANA Finance, including Universal Journal and Fiori, is essential.

Excellent stakeholder management, project management, and people management skills are required.

Global team management and multi-country rollout experience is advantageous.
