Lead comprehensive SAP FICO implementations, rollouts, and transformation programs. Conduct detailed workshops with finance stakeholders to define requirements and architect robust SAP solutions. Configure core SAP FI modules, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Accounting, and Bank Accounting. Master SAP CO components such as Cost Center Accounting, Profit Center Accounting, Internal Orders, and Profitability Analysis (CO-PA).

Ensure seamless integration of SAP FICO with MM, SD, PP, and other modules for accurate financial postings. Oversee solution design, functional specification preparation, and manage RICEF development with technical teams. Manage the entire project lifecycle, from blueprinting and realization to testing, go-live, and hypercare support. Monitor financial closing processes, reporting structures, and compliance requirements, identifying opportunities for optimization and best practice adoption aligned with SAP S/4HANA Finance.

We are seeking an experienced SAP professional with 8-10 years of dedicated SAP FICO expertise, including significant hands-on experience in 3-5 full lifecycle SAP implementations, ideally within S/4HANA environments. A strong grasp of Financial Accounting (GL, AP, AR, AA, Bank Accounting) and Controlling (Cost Centers, Profit Centers, Internal Orders, CO-PA) is essential. Proven ability in financial closing, reporting, compliance, and integration with modules like MM, SD, and PP is required.

Candidates should possess a deep understanding of finance processes such as Procure-to-Pay (P2P) and Order-to-Cash (O2C), with experience in SAP S/4HANA Finance functionalities like Universal Journal, Parallel Ledger, and Margin Analysis being highly preferred. The role demands the ability to prepare functional specifications, manage client relationships, and mentor junior consultants. A graduate degree in Science or Engineering (B.Sc, B.E/B.Tech) or an MBA is a prerequisite. Prior consulting or client-facing experience is advantageous.
