Champion the Finance workstream for major SAP S/4HANA Greenfield transformations. Drive finance initiatives using SAP best practices and the Activate framework. Define and govern solution architecture and process design for Finance and Controlling. Collaborate with finance leadership and stakeholders to establish business requirements and transformation goals.

Lead workshops, solution design sessions, and executive discussions. Develop implementation strategies, roadmaps, and governance structures. Manage functional consulting teams, ensuring efficient resource allocation and project planning. Oversee high-quality design, configuration, testing, and deployment across the finance spectrum.

Ensure seamless integration with other SAP modules like MM, SD, PS, PM, Treasury, and SuccessFactors. Manage data migration, cutover, and transition phases for successful program delivery. Monitor project risks, escalate issues, and ensure timely resolution. Provide critical leadership during Go-Live, Hypercare, and post-implementation support.

Support organizational change management and user adoption initiatives. Mentor and develop consulting talent, establishing standards for delivery excellence. This role is pivotal in ensuring the successful adoption and optimal performance of SAP S/4HANA Finance solutions.

A minimum of 10 years of experience in SAP FICO, with a strong background in SAP S/4HANA Finance transformation. Proven expertise in leading large-scale finance transformation and ERP modernization programs is essential.

Solid understanding of finance processes including Record-to-Report (R2R), Procure-to-Pay (P2P), and Order-to-Cash (O2C). Experience with Universal Journal, Group Reporting, and Financial Planning & Analysis integration is required.

Proficiency in SAP Activate Methodology, Greenfield SAP S/4HANA Implementations, and Fit-to-Standard workshops. Experience in Data Migration & Reconciliation, Cutover Planning & Hypercare Support, and Functional Design & Configuration is crucial.

Familiarity with integrations across SAP modules (MM, SD, PS, PM, Treasury, SuccessFactors) and functional specification development (RICEFW). Strong capabilities in Testing Management (SIT/UAT), Program Delivery & Governance, and Stakeholder & Executive Management are necessary.

Excellent Team Leadership & Mentoring skills, coupled with experience managing onsite/offshore teams and understanding Agile delivery methodologies. A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is mandatory; an MBA (Finance), CA, CMA, CPA, or equivalent professional qualification, along with SAP S/4HANA Finance Certification, is highly preferred.
