Join our dynamic team as a Manager for SAP FICO, focusing on SAP S/4HANA Finance transformation. This role is pivotal in leading finance workstreams for large-scale SAP S/4HANA Greenfield programs within the Enterprise Technology & Performance division at Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu India LLP. You will leverage SAP best practices and the Activate framework to drive innovation and functional excellence.

This position requires a seasoned professional with a minimum of 10 years of experience in leading complex SAP finance transformations. You will be instrumental in shaping solution architecture, process design, and governance, ensuring seamless integration across various SAP modules and business functions. Your leadership will guide teams through the entire project lifecycle, from design and configuration to deployment and post-implementation support.

Lead the Finance workstream for large-scale SAP S/4HANA Greenfield transformation programs. Drive finance transformation using SAP best practices and the Activate framework. Own solution architecture, process design, and governance for Finance and Controlling. Collaborate with finance leadership and stakeholders to define business requirements and transformation objectives. Conduct fit-to-standard workshops and lead executive-level discussions. Define implementation strategy, roadmap, governance, and deployment approach. Manage functional consulting teams, allocate resources, and oversee project planning and execution. Ensure high-quality design, configuration, testing, deployment, and business readiness. Oversee integrations between SAP Finance and other modules (MM, SD, PS, PM, Treasury, SuccessFactors, external applications). Lead data migration, reconciliation, cutover planning, and transition activities. Monitor project risks, dependencies, and escalations, driving issue resolution. Provide leadership during Go-Live, Hypercare, stabilization, and post-implementation support. Support organizational change management, user adoption, and training initiatives. Mentor and develop consulting staff, establishing delivery excellence standards.

A Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field is required. An MBA (Finance), CA, CMA, CPA, or equivalent professional qualification is highly advantageous. SAP S/4HANA Finance Certification is preferred. A minimum of ten years of experience is necessary, with a strong preference for experience in leading large-scale Finance transformation and ERP modernization programs, including at least three full-cycle SAP implementations. Prior consulting experience with Big Four firms or leading SAP System Integrators is beneficial. Experience managing onsite/offshore delivery teams and a strong understanding of Agile methodologies and project governance are also essential.
