This role involves leading critical SAP FICO initiatives, driving impactful transformations for clients.

Lead comprehensive SAP FICO implementations, rollouts, and transformation programs from inception to completion.

Design and configure SAP FI and CO modules, ensuring seamless integration with other SAP modules like MM, SD, and PP.

Manage the full project lifecycle, including blueprinting, realization, testing, go-live, and hypercare.

Oversee financial processes, reporting, and compliance, while identifying opportunities for optimization using SAP S/4HANA Finance best practices.

Cultivate strong client relationships, manage stakeholder expectations, and mentor junior consultants to ensure high-quality project delivery.

A minimum of 8-10 years of dedicated SAP experience, with profound expertise in SAP FICO (FI & CO).

Proven track record of 3-5 full lifecycle SAP implementations, ideally within S/4HANA environments.

Solid understanding of core Financial Accounting and Controlling functionalities, financial closing, reporting, and compliance.

Proficiency in integrating SAP FICO with other key modules and a strong grasp of P2P and O2C financial processes.

Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA Finance features, functional specification preparation, RICEF development, and Agile methodologies is essential. A graduate degree in Science, Engineering, or an MBA is required.
