Join our dynamic SAP team as a Senior Consultant, focusing on SAP FICO solutions within the pharmaceutical industry. This role is based in Hyderabad and offers a significant opportunity to drive innovation and growth for our clients.

As part of Enterprise Technology & Performance, you will be instrumental in developing and maintaining client relationships, ensuring exceptional service delivery and exceeding expectations.

This position requires a minimum of 8 years of SAP consulting experience, including a proven track record of at least two full-lifecycle SAP implementations.

Lead requirement gathering workshops with business stakeholders to design effective financial operating models. Configure core SAP FI modules including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Accounting, and Bank Ledger.

Ensure seamless integration between SAP FI and other critical modules like Controlling (CO), Sales and Distribution (SD), and Materials Management (MM). Oversee the migration of legacy financial data using SAP tools, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.

Develop comprehensive test scenarios, conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and deliver engaging end-user training. Provide essential post-go-live support, promptly resolving any critical financial system issues.

A strong understanding of SAP S/4HANA Finance configuration, Universal Journal (ACDOCA), and Fiori applications is essential. Possess a robust accounting background with in-depth knowledge of financial closing, tax regulations, and statutory reporting.

Demonstrate excellent client-facing communication skills, strong leadership capabilities, and effective problem-solving abilities. Educational qualifications include a BE, B.Tech, MBA, or MCA, alongside a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related discipline.
