Lead the complete SAP FICO implementation and support cycle, ensuring seamless integration and functionality. Gather critical business needs and translate them into effective SAP solutions.

Spearhead finance transformation projects, focusing on process standardization and efficiency improvements. Conduct client workshops, perform fit-gap analyses, and design robust solutions.

Configure and provide ongoing support for SAP FI and CO modules. Collaborate closely with business users, project managers, and technical teams throughout all project phases.

Deliver production support, resolving complex finance-related challenges. Mentor junior consultants and uphold high standards of solution quality. Ensure all implementations align with SAP best practices and governance frameworks.

Demonstrate a minimum of 10-15 years of comprehensive SAP FICO experience, with a strong focus on SAP CO modules including Product Costing, COPA, Cost Center Accounting, Internal Orders, and Period-End Closing. Proven hands-on expertise in SAP S/4HANA Finance is essential.

Possess a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Commerce, Finance, or an equivalent field. Experience with end-to-end SAP implementation projects, including SAP S/4HANA migration and global template rollouts, is highly valued.

Familiarity with Agile and SAP Activate methodologies, along with domain experience in Manufacturing, FMCG, Consumer Products, or Life Sciences, is advantageous. Knowledge of Universal Journal (ACDOCA), Business Partner Integration, Fiori Applications, Embedded Analytics, and Financial Closing Cockpit is required.
