Lead end-to-end SAP FICO project delivery, including planning, resource management, and risk mitigation. Drive solution architecture and functional design for SAP FI and CO modules, covering key processes like GL, AP, AR, AA, CCA, PCA, Product Costing, CO-PA, and taxation. Optimize financial closing processes, enhance reporting, and ensure compliance. Collaborate with cross-functional teams for integrated business solutions and lead SAP S/4HANA Finance transformations. Oversee data migration, cutover, and hypercare. Manage project escalations, stakeholder expectations, and team performance. Mentor SAP FICO consultants and support pre-sales activities.

A seasoned SAP FICO professional with 9-12 years of experience, including 3+ years in leadership roles managing SAP teams or large projects. Expertise spans Financial Accounting and Controlling processes, including GL, AP, AR, AA, Bank Accounting, CCA, PCA, Product Costing, Internal Orders, CO-PA, Taxation, and Financial Closing. Proven experience leading multiple end-to-end SAP implementations, rollouts, migrations, or transformations is essential. Strong understanding of finance, accounting, controlling, compliance, and financial reporting is required. Deep integration knowledge across SAP FICO and related modules (MM, SD, PP, PS, Treasury, Ariba) is necessary. Excellent project management, stakeholder management, and communication skills are vital. Experience with SAP S/4HANA Finance, including Universal Journal and Central Finance, is crucial.
