This role is pivotal in leading finance transformation initiatives, driving the successful implementation and enhancement of SAP solutions for our clients. Lead SAP FICO workstreams for various engagements, including implementations, rollouts, and transformations, ensuring finance objectives are met. Oversee end-to-end project delivery, managing planning, resources, risks, and stakeholder communications. Design scalable SAP Finance solutions by gathering requirements through workshops with Finance and Business teams. Drive solution architecture and functional design for SAP FI and CO modules, adhering to best practices. Configure and deliver solutions for core finance processes such as GL, AP, AR, AA, CCA, PCA, Product Costing, CO-PA, and Taxation. Optimize financial closing processes and enhance reporting and compliance.

Review and approve functional specifications, designs, and testing strategies. Collaborate with cross-functional teams like MM, SD, and PP for integrated solutions. Lead SAP S/4HANA Finance transformations, migrations, and cloud initiatives. Manage data migration, testing, cutover, and hypercare. Address project escalations and manage team performance. Mentor SAP FICO consultants and support pre-sales activities, including proposal development and client presentations.

A minimum of 9-12 years of comprehensive SAP FICO consulting experience is essential, with deep expertise in both Financial Accounting and Controlling. At least 3 years of leadership experience, managing SAP teams or large-scale project deliveries, is required. Proficient in core SAP FICO processes, including GL, AP, AR, AA, CCA, PCA, Product Costing, CO-PA, and Financial Closing. Proven experience in leading multiple end-to-end SAP implementation, rollout, migration, or transformation projects. A strong grasp of finance, accounting, controlling, compliance, and financial reporting is necessary.

Demonstrated experience with financial reconciliations, statutory reporting, and audit support. In-depth integration knowledge across SAP FICO and related modules such as MM, SD, PP, PS, Treasury, and Ariba. Excellent stakeholder management, solution governance, delivery management, and executive communication skills are expected. Strong project management capabilities, including estimation, planning, budgeting, and resource allocation. Experience with SAP S/4HANA Finance, including Universal Journal, Central Finance, Group Reporting, and Fiori, is highly valued. Exposure to SAP Analytics Cloud, SAP BTP, RISE with SAP, and cloud transformations is a significant advantage. Exceptional leadership, communication, presentation, negotiation, and people management skills are paramount.
