Join our Enterprise Technology & Performance team as an experienced SAP FICO Manager, based in Bhubaneswar CEC. You will play a crucial role in building and maintaining strong client relationships while driving functional excellence and innovation within our SAP practice. This position offers the opportunity to lead and optimize SAP solutions for major clients.

This role is focused on leveraging your expertise in SAP FICO to deliver high-impact solutions. You'll work collaboratively with teams and clients to ensure their business objectives are met through effective SAP implementation and support.

Configure and support SAP FI/CO modules, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Accounting, Bank Accounting, Cost Center Accounting, and Profit Center Accounting. Design and support comprehensive Intercompany Accounting Processes, covering sales, purchases, billing, reconciliation, cross-company code transactions, journal entries, and eliminations/consolidation.

Maintain key SAP configurations such as Company Codes, Trading Partners, Document Types, Posting Keys, Automatic Account Determination, and Cross-Company Code Settings. Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to translate requirements into robust SAP solutions. Manage month-end and year-end closing activities for intercompany transactions, and perform root cause analysis for production support issues.

Coordinate with SAP SD, MM, PP, and BW teams for seamless integration. Prepare Functional Specifications, Test Scripts, UAT support, and End User Training documentation. Support various project phases including implementation, rollout, migration, and enhancement.

We are seeking a seasoned SAP FICO Consultant with demonstrated expertise in Intercompany (ICO) Processes, Financial Accounting (FI), and Controlling (CO). A graduate degree in Science or Engineering is required for this position.

Your background should include significant experience in configuring and supporting SAP FI/CO modules. You should be proficient in designing and managing intercompany accounting processes and related configurations. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential, as is the ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with business stakeholders and other SAP functional teams.
