Seeking an experienced SAP FICO Manager to lead impactful implementation and support projects within the DSA Consumer & TMT sector. Lead end-to-end SAP FI/CO module implementations from initial gathering to go-live support. Provide expert hands-on support, troubleshoot issues, and perform system upgrades, including ECC 6.0 to S/4HANA migrations. Configure and manage core FI and CO sub-modules, ensuring accurate financial reporting and regulatory compliance. Integrate seamlessly with other SAP modules and support cross-functional teams. Analyze and optimize business processes, design reporting tools, and develop documentation and training materials.

A minimum of 10 years of SAP implementation and support experience is required, with strong expertise in SAP ECC 6.0 or S/4HANA FI/CO modules. A solid understanding of finance and accounting principles, ideally with a professional qualification like CA, CPA, or CFA, is preferred. Proven ability to manage SAP projects independently and handle statutory compliance, tax configurations, and financial reporting is essential. Familiarity with data migration tools, cutover strategies, and SAP technical components like LSMW, BAPI, and IDOCs is necessary. Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills are vital.
