Join our Enterprise Technology & Performance team as a SAP FICO Manager in Bengaluru, India. You will play a pivotal role in driving functional excellence and innovation by configuring, supporting, and enhancing SAP FI and CO modules. This position is integral to delivering robust SAP solutions that align with business objectives and contribute to long-term growth.

Key responsibilities include configuring SAP FI modules (GL, AP, AR, AA) and SAP CO functionalities (Cost Center, Profit Center, Internal Orders, Product Costing). You will translate business requirements into effective SAP solutions, create functional specifications, and manage integration with modules like MM, SD, and PP. Support critical month-end/year-end closing activities, conduct various testing phases (unit, integration, UAT), and resolve production issues. Collaboration with stakeholders and technical teams is essential for successful project delivery, including implementations, rollouts, migrations, and support.

Participate actively in SAP implementation, rollout, migration, and support projects, ensuring seamless transitions and optimal system performance. Coordinate effectively with business stakeholders and the technical team to meet project timelines and deliver exceptional results, reinforcing our commitment to excellence in enterprise technology.

We seek candidates with extensive hands-on experience in SAP FICO configuration and a strong understanding of SAP FI and CO processes. Proficiency in GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, and Controlling is expected. Familiarity with SAP MM and SD integration is also important. The role demands proven experience in requirement gathering, testing, documentation, and issue resolution.
