Lead end-to-end SAP FICO projects, from implementation and rollout to enhancements and ongoing support.

Manage critical financial processes across business units, offering strategic insights for system and process improvements.

Collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements and translate them into effective SAP solutions.

Key areas of configuration and support include: - General Ledger (GL) - Accounts Payable (AP) - Accounts Receivable (AR) - Asset Accounting (AA) - Bank Accounting - Cost Center Accounting - Profit Center Accounting - Internal Orders - Product Costing - COPA (Profitability Analysis)

Ensure seamless integration with MM, SD, PP, PS, and HR modules. Drive standardization, identify automation opportunities, and support financial close, reporting, compliance, and audit needs. Mentor team members and foster knowledge sharing.

We are seeking a seasoned professional with 8-15 years of SAP FICO experience, including at least 3-5 years in a leadership or managerial capacity.

Proven success in 2-3 full-cycle SAP implementations is essential. Experience in global rollout and support environments, alongside strong FI and CO configuration expertise, is highly valued.

Exposure to SAP S/4HANA Finance is strongly preferred. Familiarity with Financial Closing Cockpit, SAP Fiori applications, and financial reporting/analytics is advantageous.

A solid understanding of GST, taxation, and regulatory compliance is required. While an MBA (Finance), CA, or CMA is preferred, your practical experience and leadership skills will be key differentiators. Experience integrating with MM, SD, PP, and PS modules is also important.
