Join our dynamic team as a Manager specializing in SAP FICO, a pivotal role for driving enterprise technology excellence and innovation. This position is based in Bengaluru and focuses on leading critical SAP Finance and Controlling initiatives within the Consumer & TMT sectors.

As a Manager, you will be instrumental in shaping and executing SAP FICO strategies. Your expertise will directly influence financial system performance, enabling growth and operational efficiency. We are looking for a seasoned professional to guide our SAP landscape and contribute to our long-term success.

Spearhead SAP FICO implementation, rollout, enhancement, and support projects, ensuring successful end-to-end management of financial processes.

Provide strategic direction for financial systems and champion process improvements across business units.

Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to translate requirements into effective SAP solutions.

Oversee configuration and support for key modules including General Ledger, Accounts Payable/Receivable, Asset Accounting, and Cost Center Accounting. Ensure seamless integration with MM, SD, PP, PS, and HR modules.

Manage project lifecycles, including planning, risk mitigation, and coordination with cross-functional teams, vendors, and consultants to ensure timely and within-budget delivery.

A minimum of 8-15 years of SAP FICO experience, including at least 3-5 years in a leadership capacity, is essential.

Proven track record in managing 2-3 full-cycle SAP implementations and experience in global rollout and support environments are highly valued.

Demonstrated expertise in SAP FI and CO configuration, with a strong preference for exposure to SAP S/4HANA Finance.

Possession of a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Finance, Accounting, Commerce, Computer Science, Engineering) is required, with an MBA (Finance), CA, or CMA being preferred.

Strong understanding of GST, taxation, and regulatory compliance, along with project delivery capabilities within budget and timelines, are critical.
