As a Manager in SAP FICO, you will spearhead implementation, rollout, enhancement, and support projects, overseeing end-to-end financial processes across various business units. Your strategic guidance will be crucial for financial systems and process improvements, ensuring alignment with business requirements and translating them into effective SAP solutions.

Manage SAP FICO implementation, rollout, enhancement, and support projects. Oversee end-to-end SAP Finance and Controlling processes across business units. Provide strategic guidance on financial systems and process improvements. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and develop SAP solutions. Configure and support key FICO modules including GL, AP, AR, AA, Bank Accounting, Cost Center, Profit Center, Internal Orders, Product Costing, and COPA. Ensure seamless integration with MM, SD, PP, PS, and HR modules. Lead SAP implementation, migration, upgrade, and transformation projects, managing plans, milestones, risks, and issues. Coordinate with cross-functional teams, vendors, and consultants for timely project delivery within scope, budget, and quality. Identify opportunities for process automation and optimization, driving standardization of finance and controlling processes. Support financial close, reporting, compliance, and audit requirements. Lead and mentor SAP FICO consultants and analysts, facilitating skill development and knowledge sharing.

This role requires 8-15 years of SAP FICO experience, with a minimum of 3-5 years in a leadership or managerial capacity. Candidates should have experience in at least 2-3 full-cycle SAP implementations and exposure to global rollout and support environments.

Essential technical skills include expertise in SAP FI and CO configuration, SAP S/4HANA Finance, Financial Closing Cockpit, integration with MM, SD, PP, and PS modules, and SAP Fiori applications. A strong understanding of financial reporting, analytics, GST, taxation, and regulatory compliance is also necessary.

While not mandatory, exposure to SAP BPC, SAC, or Group Reporting is advantageous. A preference will be given to candidates with an MBA (Finance), CA, or CMA qualification. A SAP FICO Certification is also a plus. This is an onsite role located in Bengaluru, India.
