Lead end-to-end SAP FICO implementations, rollouts, and support projects. Oversee critical financial processes, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable/Receivable, and Asset Accounting. Provide expert guidance on financial systems and process optimization. Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to translate requirements into effective SAP solutions. Ensure seamless integration with other SAP modules like MM, SD, and PP. Manage project timelines, budgets, and quality standards, while also mentoring a team of SAP FICO professionals.

Drive process automation and standardization to improve financial close, reporting, and compliance. Uphold governance standards and support audit requirements. Ensure adherence to accounting standards and tax regulations, maintaining comprehensive SAP documentation and change management processes.

Seeking an experienced SAP FICO professional with 8-15 years of relevant experience, including 3-5 years in a leadership capacity. Proven success in at least 2-3 full-cycle SAP implementations is essential. Experience with SAP S/4HANA Finance and global rollout environments is highly desirable. A strong foundation in FI/CO configuration, financial closing cockpit, and integration with key SAP modules is required. Familiarity with SAP Fiori applications, financial reporting, and analytics is also necessary. A Bachelor's degree in a related field is mandatory, with an MBA (Finance), CA, or CMA being advantageous. Demonstrated ability in project delivery, system availability, and process efficiency improvements is key.
