Join our team as an SAP FICO Manager and drive impactful projects within our DSA CoE in Bengaluru. This role requires extensive experience in SAP Finance and Controlling, coupled with strong leadership and project management capabilities.

Lead 2-4 projects as a project manager, overseeing teams of 10-15 consultants. Possess over 10 years of hands-on SAP FICO experience, including end-to-end implementation across 4-5 projects (excluding support). Leverage considerable CIN knowledge and experience with Indian clients. Manage the integration of the FICO module with other SAP modules.

Requires a CA, MBA-Finance, or Cost Accountant qualification with a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in a management or consulting environment. S/4 HANA experience is a plus. Strong proficiency in Financial Accounting and Controlling modules is essential. Demonstrated experience in Country India Version (CIN) is necessary.

Essential skills include General Ledger, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Cash & Bank, Asset Accounting, Cost Centre Accounting, Profit Centre Accounting, Internal Orders, Product Costing, and Profitability Analysis. Integration experience with modules like MM, SD, and PS is beneficial. Willingness to travel for short and long-term durations is required. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are a must.
