Join our dynamic team as a Manager specializing in SAP FICO. You will lead critical SAP S/4HANA transformation initiatives, including implementations, brownfield conversions, and ongoing support engagements. This role is instrumental in driving financial excellence and innovation within our enterprise technology landscape, ensuring seamless integration and optimized financial processes.

Spearhead SAP FICO workstreams for S/4HANA implementations and conversions, focusing on Fit-Gap analysis and Simplification Item remediation. Configure and support end-to-end finance and controlling processes, including GL, AP, AR, AA, CCA, PCA, Product Costing, Material Ledger, and CO-PA. Lead product costing and cost object controlling activities, alongside material ledger activation and actual costing. Collaborate with stakeholders to optimize financial controlling, reporting, and period-end closing. Ensure robust integration with other SAP modules (MM, SD, PP, QM, PS, Treasury) and support data migration, testing, and cutover activities.

We are seeking a seasoned professional with 6-10 years of SAP FICO consulting expertise, specifically with proven experience in SAP ECC to S/4HANA brownfield conversions. A strong command of Financial Accounting and Controlling processes, including in-depth knowledge of Simplification Items, GL, AP, AR, AA, CCA, PCA, Product Costing, Material Ledger, and CO-PA is essential. Experience with cost object controlling, variance analysis, and actual costing is also required. Familiarity with Record-to-Report and financial closing processes, alongside integration knowledge of MM, SD, PP, QM, PS, and Treasury modules, is crucial. Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and stakeholder management skills are necessary for success in this role.
