Lead SAP FICO workstreams for S/4HANA implementations, conversions, and support projects. Drive SAP ECC to S/4HANA Brownfield conversions, including assessment, Fit-Gap analysis, and Hypercare. Remediate Simplification Items impacting Financial Accounting and Controlling. Design, configure, and support end-to-end SAP Finance and Controlling processes. Lead Product Costing and Cost Object Controlling initiatives. Support Material Ledger activation and Actual Costing processes. Conduct business workshops and gather requirements for process optimization. Ensure seamless integration with other SAP modules like MM, SD, PP, and QM. Support data migration, testing, and cutover activities.

A minimum of 6-10 years of SAP FICO consulting experience is essential, with a strong focus on Financial Accounting and Controlling. Proven success in SAP ECC to S/4HANA Brownfield Conversion projects is required. Hands-on experience with Simplification Item analysis, remediation, and testing is necessary. Expertise in core FICO modules such as GL, AP, AR, AA, CCA, PCA, Internal Orders, Product Costing, Material Ledger, and CO-PA is mandatory. Strong experience in Product Costing, Cost Object Controlling, and Actual Costing is expected. Familiarity with Record-to-Report, Financial Closing, and Management Reporting processes is key. Experience with SAP S/4HANA implementations, rollouts, and support projects is needed. Solid integration knowledge with MM, SD, PP, QM, PS, and Treasury modules is a must. Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills are crucial.
