Lead full lifecycle SAP EWM projects, including implementation, rollout, enhancements, and support.

Translate business requirements into robust SAP EWM solutions, focusing on warehouse and logistics processes.

Configure and manage core SAP EWM functionalities such as Inbound, Outbound, Put away, Picking, Packing, Replenishment, Physical Inventory, and RF Framework.

Collaborate with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration with SAP MM, SD, PP, and WM modules.

Oversee end-to-end project delivery, managing timelines, resources, and budgets effectively. Lead testing, defect resolution, deployment, and post-go-live support.

Provide technical and functional guidance to team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment. Prepare comprehensive functional specifications, process documentation, training materials, and status reports.

A minimum of 8-10 years of extensive experience in SAP EWM is essential, with a proven track record of at least 4 full lifecycle end-to-end implementations.

Possess strong hands-on expertise in SAP EWM configuration and support, coupled with a deep understanding of Warehouse Management and Logistics Execution processes.

Familiarity with both Embedded and Decentralized EWM implementations is required. Knowledge of integration with SAP MM, SD, PP, and third-party warehouse systems is a significant advantage.

Demonstrated ability to lead teams and manage SAP EWM workstreams and projects effectively. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with experience in stakeholder and client management.

Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving abilities are paramount. A graduate degree in Science, Engineering (B.E/B.Tech), or an MBA is required.
