As a Manager specializing in SAP EWM, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing client competitive positions and performance through distinctive, innovative, and sustainable solutions. Your expertise will be crucial in understanding and analyzing business processes, performing system mapping, configuration, and customization. You will actively engage in User Acceptance Testing (UAT), track and resolve issues, and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure seamless testing phases. The role demands ownership of deliverables and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Post-go-live, you will provide essential hyper-care support, prioritizing and resolving issues swiftly, and ensuring a smooth handover to the support partner. Proficiency in utilizing SAP standard templates for data uploads and management is also expected. We are looking for candidates with a strong foundation in SAP EWM and a commitment to delivering exceptional results.

• Perform SAP EWM functional activities according to the cutover plan. • Assist business users with cutover and go-live activities. • Utilize SAP standard templates for master data and stock uploads. • Take ownership of project deliverables and operate independently. • Provide hyper-care support post-go-live, prioritizing and resolving issues efficiently. • Manage the handover of support responsibilities to the designated support partner. • Lead and support at least one end-to-end SAP EWM implementation. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives.

• Minimum 4 to 10 years of experience in SAP EWM. • Proven hands-on experience in SAP EWM configuration and implementation. • Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage project deliverables effectively. • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills (written and verbal). • A Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Science, or Engineering from a premier institute is preferred. • Willingness to relocate to Pune for the project duration is required. • At least 5 years of relevant SAP EWM experience is necessary. • Experience in the spare parts industry is considered a strong advantage.
