Spearhead the design, configuration, implementation, and ongoing support of SAP EWM solutions. Oversee critical warehouse processes, including inbound and outbound logistics, putaway strategies, picking, packing, cross-docking, and replenishment. Configure comprehensive warehouse structures and optimize business processes for enhanced efficiency and automation.

Drive initiatives for inventory accuracy and warehouse productivity. Develop and implement leading practices in warehouse management and logistics. Provide support for barcode, RF device, and mobile warehouse solutions. Ensure seamless integration with SAP S/4HANA, MM, SD, PP, QM, TM, and MES/WMS interfaces, while also supporting EDI and third-party logistics integrations.

Lead SAP EWM implementation, rollout, migration, and upgrade projects from inception to completion. Translate business requirements into detailed functional specifications. Conduct fit-gap analyses and propose SAP best-practice solutions. Effectively manage project timelines, budgets, risks, and stakeholder communications. Coordinate system testing, UAT, cutover, and go-live activities.

Guide and develop SAP EWM consultants and support teams. Foster strong relationships with business users, vendors, and implementation partners. Establish robust support processes, SLAs, and governance models. Conduct user training and knowledge transfer sessions to ensure effective adoption and adherence to warehouse, inventory, and audit requirements.

We are seeking an accomplished SAP EWM Manager with 8-15 years of extensive SAP experience, including deep expertise in SAP EWM. A minimum of 3-5 years in a leadership or people management capacity is essential. Proven experience in at least two full-cycle SAP EWM implementation projects is required, alongside a solid understanding of warehouse and logistics operations.

Experience with SAP S/4HANA Embedded EWM is highly preferred. Technical proficiency should encompass SAP EWM functionalities such as Inbound & Outbound Processing, Warehouse Task & Order Management, RF Framework, Slotting & Rearrangement, Replenishment, Cross-Docking, Quality Inspection Integration, Physical Inventory, Serial Number & Batch Management, Yard Management, and Labor Management.

Integration skills are crucial, including experience with SAP MM, SAP SD, SAP PP, SAP QM, and SAP TM. Familiarity with SAP GTS and SAP MFS is advantageous. Additional skills in SAP Fiori Applications, SAP S/4HANA Embedded EWM, Interface Technologies (IDoc, RFC, APIs), Reporting and Analytics, and Power BI / SAP Analytics Cloud are preferred.

Candidates should possess a graduate degree in Science or Engineering, such as B.Sc (I.T.), B.Sc (Computer Science), B.E/B.Tech, or an MBA. This is an onsite role located in Bengaluru, IN.
