Seeking an experienced Manager specializing in SAP Enterprise Project and Portfolio Management (EPPM) to join our team in Bengaluru. This role requires deep expertise in SAP Project System and SAP Investment Management, with a strong focus on end-to-end S/4HANA implementations.

The ideal candidate will possess extensive knowledge of integrating SAP Project System with various SAP modules and commercial project management solutions. A background in the Oil & Gas, Utilities, or Manufacturing sectors is highly desirable.

Lead design workshops, map business requirements, and develop necessary product modifications within the SAP EPPM framework. Be actively involved in project preparation, conceptualization, realization, and Go-Live phases.

Configure and document software and processes according to agreed standards. Perform feasibility studies and process design reviews, ensuring accurate capture of business problems, value drivers, and requirements.

Translate business needs into conceptual solutions, assessing risks, feasibility, and business impacts. Analyze and model current processes and technology to identify opportunities for improvement. Create and maintain clear project documentation throughout the project lifecycle.

Requires a minimum of 5 years of experience in SAP Investment Management and extensive experience in SAP EPPM, including SAP Project System. Must have a minimum of 3 end-to-end S/4HANA implementations with hands-on design or configuration. Expertise in integrating SAP Project System with SAP PM, HR, FI/CO, MM, SD, BW, and Commercial Project Management is essential.

Proficiency in ABAP (Tables, Functional Modules, IDOCs, Batch Job Management, BI/BW reports, Fiori Time writing, Query Development) is required. Experience leading design workshops and a good understanding of Upstream Oil & Gas and/or Manufacturing industry business processes are crucial.

Strong verbal and written English communication skills are necessary. Only candidates with significant implementation experience, not just support or testing, will be considered suitable for this role.
