Opportunity for an experienced Manager specializing in SAP EPPM to join our team in Bengaluru. This role is focused on leveraging extensive expertise in SAP enterprise project and portfolio management, including Project System and SAP Investment Management. Ideal candidates will possess a strong background in S/4HANA implementations and a deep understanding of integrating various SAP modules.

This position is within the Oil, Gas, and Utilities sector, requiring a candidate who can drive strategic project management initiatives and deliver impactful solutions. We are looking for a proactive individual dedicated to meeting client needs and ensuring project success from conceptualization through to Go-Live.

Lead design workshops, map business requirements, and develop customized SAP solutions for EPPM, Project System, and Investment Management areas. Configure and document software and processes according to agreed standards. Conduct feasibility studies and process design reviews. Analyze and map clients’ business processes, identifying opportunities for improvement and translating requirements into conceptual solutions.

Accurately capture business problems, value drivers, and functional/non-functional requirements. Translate these into potential solutions, assessing risks, feasibility, and business impacts. Model processes and data flows to understand current state and identify improvements. Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation throughout the project lifecycle.

A minimum of 11 years of experience in SAP EPPM and Project System, with at least 5 years in SAP Investment Management. Must have completed a minimum of 3 end-to-end S/4HANA implementations with hands-on design or configuration experience. Expertise in integrating SAP Project System with SAP PM, HR, FI, CO, MM, SD, BW, and Commercial Project Management is essential.

Proficiency in ABAP (Tables, Functional Modules, IDOCs, Batch Job Management, BI & BW reports, Fiori Time Writing, Query Development) is required. Experience with market-standard solutions like Concur, Ariba, and WMS is beneficial. A strong understanding of Upstream Oil & Gas and/or Manufacturing industry business processes is highly desirable. Excellent verbal and written English communication skills are necessary.
