Join our Enterprise Technology & Performance team as an SAP EHS Manager in Bengaluru. You will play a crucial role in driving functional excellence and innovation within our technology landscape. This position requires a deep understanding of SAP EHS functionalities and their application in real-world business scenarios.

As a key member of our team, you will leverage your expertise to implement and configure SAP EHS solutions, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and best practices. Your contributions will directly impact our ability to manage environmental, health, and safety aspects effectively.

Lead SAP EHS configuration and implementation projects, ensuring successful delivery. Provide functional expertise across various SAP EHS modules, including Product Safety, Dangerous Goods, Waste Management, and Occupational Health. Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand EHS requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Analyze and resolve complex issues within the SAP EHS environment, ensuring system stability and performance. Develop and maintain comprehensive functional documentation, including test plans and user guides.

Requires strong hands-on experience in SAP EHS configuration and implementation, ideally within SAP ECC or SAP S/4HANA. Demonstrate functional expertise in at least one of the following SAP EHS areas: Product Safety, Dangerous Goods, Waste Management, Occupational Health/Workplace Safety, Risk Assessment, or Product Compliance. Possess a solid understanding of EHS and regulatory/compliance-oriented business processes. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, documentation, and stakeholder-management skills are essential.

Key skills include hands-on SAP EHS implementation, configuration, or support. A strong grasp of EHS business processes and experience in requirement gathering, functional configuration, and issue resolution are vital. Knowledge of SAP EHS integration with other SAP modules and experience in functional documentation, testing, and stakeholder management are expected. Good analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills are necessary. A B.Tech degree is required.
