As a Manager, you will spearhead end-to-end data management programs. This includes establishing strong data governance, ensuring high data quality, orchestrating complex data migrations, and implementing effective master data management (MDM) strategies. Your expertise will be crucial in defining and executing comprehensive data management plans, adhering to best practices for accuracy, consistency, and compliance.

You will orchestrate comprehensive data migration activities, from initial profiling and cleansing to validation, reconciliation, and meticulous cutover planning. Collaborating closely with business stakeholders, functional teams, and technical experts is key to gathering precise data requirements and delivering scalable, high-performing data solutions. Leading project teams, diligently overseeing delivery, proactively managing risks, and ensuring timely project completion will be central to your role.

Key responsibilities include driving data migration workstreams through assessment and hypercare phases, managing all aspects of data profiling, mapping, cleansing, transformation, validation, reconciliation, mock loads, cutover, and post-go-live support. You will coordinate effectively with SAP functional consultants, business users, technical teams, and ETL developers, while also reviewing migration design documents, mapping specifications, and reconciliation reports. Additionally, you will manage project planning, delivery tracking, risk mitigation, issue resolution, and quality assurance, alongside leading client workshops and providing migration advisory.

We are seeking individuals with 9–14 years of IT experience, showcasing extensive expertise in SAP Data Migration. A strong background in delivering multiple SAP ECC to SAP S/4HANA implementation projects is essential.

The ideal candidate possesses a deep understanding of SAP functional modules such as FI, CO, MM, SD, PP, PM, QM, and EWM, along with their associated master and transactional data objects. Hands-on experience with SAP Migration Cockpit, SAP Data Services (BODS), Syniti, Informatica, or other ETL tools is required. Proficiency in SQL, understanding of SAP tables, IDocs, BAPIs, LSMW, APIs, and various migration methodologies is also crucial. Furthermore, practical experience in Data Profiling, Data Quality, Data Cleansing, Validation, Reconciliation, Cutover, Mock Loads, and Hypercare is expected. Strong delivery management, communication, stakeholder management, and consulting skills are mandatory.
