Join our dynamic team as a Manager specializing in SAP Integration Suite (CPI). You will lead enterprise integration architecture, design, and delivery initiatives, driving digital transformation across SAP and non-SAP landscapes. This role is crucial for defining integration strategies, standards, and best practices.

We are seeking a seasoned professional to architect scalable, secure, and resilient integration solutions utilizing SAP Integration Suite components. You will oversee the development of integration artifacts, API-led architectures, and event-driven systems. Collaboration with business stakeholders and technical teams is key to success.

Your expertise will ensure seamless integration between core SAP systems (S/4HANA, SuccessFactors, Ariba) and various cloud platforms and third-party applications. You will also establish robust integration governance processes and mentor integration specialists.

Lead the design, development, and implementation of integration solutions using SAP Integration Suite, including Cloud Integration (CPI), API Management, and Event Mesh.

Define and enforce integration strategies, architectural standards, and API frameworks to support digital transformation objectives.

Develop and govern enterprise integration artifacts such as canonical data models, interface catalogs, and error-handling frameworks.

Oversee the creation of CPI iFlows, message mappings, routing logic, and monitoring solutions.

Design and implement event-driven integration architectures leveraging SAP Event Mesh.

Collaborate with stakeholders to define integration requirements and roadmaps, ensuring seamless connectivity between SAP and non-SAP systems.

Establish and maintain integration governance covering security, performance, and operational support.

Troubleshoot and resolve complex integration issues across enterprise environments.

Drive the adoption of integration patterns, reusable services, and API governance.

Mentor integration consultants and developers, fostering technical excellence.

A minimum of 10 years of experience in enterprise integration technologies, with at least 5 years dedicated to SAP Integration Suite.

Proven track record of leading integration architecture and delivery teams for large-scale transformation programs.

Strong expertise in SAP Integration Suite (CPI, API Management, Event Mesh), API-led architectures, and enterprise integration patterns.

Extensive experience designing and implementing CPI iFlows, message mappings, routing, transformation logic, and monitoring solutions.

Proficiency in REST, SOAP, OData, IDoc, XML, JSON, and web services.

Hands-on experience with message/value mappings, error handling, exception management, and operational support models.

Knowledge of canonical data models, interface catalogs, and integration governance frameworks.

Understanding of event-driven architecture and asynchronous integration using SAP Event Mesh.

Familiarity with SAP Cloud ALM, integration monitoring, and logging.

Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA integration, SAP BTP, SAP Ariba, SuccessFactors, and Concur is essential.

Experience with Groovy scripting for custom integration development is highly desirable.

Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills are required.
