Join our dynamic team as a Manager specializing in SAP CPI and SAP Integration Suite. This role is pivotal in driving enterprise technology solutions that foster functional excellence and enable long-term growth within the Consumer & TMT sector.

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead critical integration projects, ensuring seamless connectivity between SAP and diverse third-party applications. Your expertise will be instrumental in architecting robust solutions and managing project lifecycles from inception to delivery.

Lead comprehensive SAP Integration Suite/CPI implementations and support initiatives. Design and architect sophisticated integration solutions connecting SAP systems with various third-party applications. Oversee integration projects involving SAP S/4HANA, other SAP modules, legacy systems, and cloud-based platforms.

Develop and enforce integration strategies, governance, and standards. Manage both offshore and onshore teams, ensuring timely project delivery. Collaborate effectively with business stakeholders, enterprise architects, and functional consultants. Conduct workshops to gather requirements and produce detailed technical solution documentation.

Ensure adherence to best practices in security, monitoring, error handling, and performance optimization. Champion API management strategies and mentor junior developers through code reviews. Actively participate in pre-sales activities, solution estimations, and proposal development. Provide technical leadership and support for client escalations.

A minimum of 12-18 years of SAP experience is required, with at least 8-10 years focused on SAP CO and leadership responsibilities. Demonstrated hands-on proficiency in SAP CPI/SAP Integration Suite, SAP BTP Integration technologies, API Management, and Event Mesh is essential. Expertise in Groovy scripting, XSLT, Message Mapping, and XML/JSON transformations is crucial.

Solid understanding of REST APIs, SOAP, OData, IDoc, RFC, SFTP, and HTTPS is expected. Prior experience with both SAP and non-SAP integrations, along with knowledge of integration monitoring and troubleshooting, is necessary. Familiarity with DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and transport management is a plus.

Candidates should possess strong managerial skills, including team leadership and effective stakeholder management. Excellent client-facing communication and presentation abilities are required. A graduate degree in Science or Engineering (B.Sc (I.T), B.Sc (Computer Science), B.E/B.Tech) or an MBA is preferred.
