Lead comprehensive SAP Integration Suite/CPI implementations and support. Design and architect robust integration solutions connecting SAP with third-party systems. Oversee integration projects involving SAP S/4HANA, other SAP products, legacy, and cloud applications. Define integration strategy, establish governance, set standards, and develop reusable assets. Manage project delivery timelines and lead offshore/onshore teams effectively.

Collaborate with business stakeholders and enterprise architects. Conduct requirement workshops and produce detailed technical solution documentation. Implement best practices for security, monitoring, error handling, and performance optimization. Drive API management initiatives and mentor junior developers through code reviews. Participate actively in presales, solution estimation, and proposal preparation, while also supporting client escalations with technical leadership.

We are seeking experienced professionals with 12-18 years of SAP experience, including 8-10 years in SAP CO and leadership roles. A strong track record in SAP CPI/Integration Suite, SAP BTP Integration technologies, API Management, Event Mesh, and Open Connectors is essential. Expertise in Groovy scripting, XSLT, Message Mapping, and XML/JSON transformations is required.

Solid understanding of REST APIs, SOAP, OData, IDoc, RFC, SFTP, and HTTPS is mandatory. Experience with both SAP and non-SAP integrations, along with proficiency in integration monitoring and troubleshooting, is expected. Exposure to DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, transport management, and cloud integration architecture is beneficial. Strong managerial skills, including team leadership, stakeholder management, and client-facing communication, are critical.
